YRTS attends the Yarra Valley Business Association

We were very excited to be involved in the Yarra Valley Business Association networking event and showcase in May 2021. This event showcased local businesses with various stalls set up at the Lilydale Lakeside LA Campus. It was great to see various businesses come together to share with each other and the community what Yarra Valley had to offer. Stalls included the likes of Lilydale Childrens Centre, Raynards Orchards, Lilydale Lakeside accommodation and many more.

We had a variety of videos on display and technology for patrons to see and enquire about. During the afternoon the event was open for stall holders and businesses to network with each other. In the evening the event opened up to the community for all to come and see what local businesses had to offer. It was a great chance for YRTS to network with potential new industry partners and speak to the community about what we do.

It was a great pleasure to attend this event and showcase the wonderful work YRTS does with our industry partners in developing programs, explaining career pathways and demonstration technology.  We had a constant stream of visitors to the stand over the evening and a fantastic opportunity to speak to the audience in a 8-minute presentation session. A number of potential partnerships were identified and I look forward to pursuing these over 2021.
