This program can be undertaken on consecutive days or spread over a term. It involves 5 sessions at your school, with training and equipment provided. We also provide remote assistance from 9am - 4pm

students learn through experimentation and iteration how to design a phone app that could link with autonomous vehicles to create efficient and more enjoyable future transport experiences. They will also learn about programing autonomous vehicles, how they work and what their role may become in our future.

Key Learning Objectives

Develop an Understanding of Human-Centered Design
Students will be proficient in creating user-friendly graphical user interfaces (GUIs), a valuable skill for designing and developing user-friendly software applications.
Through the self-moving car project, students will hone their problem-solving skills, learning how to address real-world challenges related to weight, balance, and autonomous control.
Creating and organizing elements on the screen, such as buttons, icons, and menus.
Experimenting with different layouts and arrangements to optimize user experience.
Developing low-fidelity wireframes to outline the app’s structure and flow.
Mapping out user journeys and app navigation paths.
