Description

How can digital design turn your ideas into real-world objects?

Step into the world of computer-aided design as you explore the creative and technical capabilities of Fusion 360. In this hands-on program, students transform product ideas into digital models, mastering core skills like sketching, projection, extrusion, lofting, and revolving. Whether creating functional pencil holders or sleek decorative items, students will develop confidence in using digital tools to design practical solutions.

Before the program, teachers assist with setting up student Fusion 360 accounts and provide basic navigation tutorials to ensure students are ready to dive in. Throughout the workshop, students apply design thinking, test their prototypes, and reflect on ways to improve both form and function – bridging engineering principles with creative thinking.
